Beverley & Tom enjoyed a beautiful summer day for their wedding at St Nicholas Church in Canewdon, Essex.  Their special day was the relaxed, informal occasion that they’d hoped for, complete with a visit from a Rossi’s ice-cream van!  Beverley & her guests tucked into ’99s’, perfect to cool everyone down in the sunshine!  Their reception was one of the first to be held in the lovely new orangery at The Lawn in Rochford, & the hand-made gingerbread figures made perfect place settings!

Chris and Charlotte had a wonderful marriage ceremony at Thundersley Congregational Church and were then whisked off to Crondon Park, Stock in Essex.

We have seen Chris and Charlotte at our Studio three times since their wedding as they are finding it difficult to finalise their choices for their wedding album!  We are more than happy to assist them with their decision making as they are great people and we always want our couples to be completely satisfied with their choices.  Their album will be something to treasure for the rest of their lives.

Alison & James’ wedding was a perfect day full of emotion ~ laughter and tears a-plenty!

Married at Avenue Baptist Church in Westcliff on Sea, their reception was held in the grounds of James’ parents home in Hook End, Essex.  Their guests enjoyed high tea in a beautiful marquee laden with china tea-cups and cake stands bursting with goodies!  A hog-roast followed in the evening while the guests danced the night away.

Having known Alison since she was a little girl, being able to photograph her wedding day was truly extra special for photographer Sally Claydon.

We received a lovely email today from our dear friend Patrick Gormally who attended the launch party of Sweet Sixteen Photography.  Patrick is a faithful follower of Studio Rochford on Facebook and always encourages us with his kind words!

Penny & Dave win the record for the most number of bridesmaids this year with a magnificent TEN!!!  All the lovely young ladies helped Penny & Dave enjoy their special day at Vaulty Manor. Here’s the first few little ones leading the bridal party down the aisle…plus a sneak preview of other shots of the day!

It’s always lovely to keep in touch with our brides & grooms…especially when they come back to us for baby photos a year or two later!!  Dawn & Phil had a fantastic wedding at Stockbrook Manor and it was lovely to photograph them in their home with their gorgeous little bundle of fun, 3 month old Thomas.

Our work experience student Grace had a fantastic time modelling for our Sweet Sixteen Photography portfolio!  “It was an amazing day and I’m so pleased with the photos!”  Grace got involved in preparations for our launch party, so has learned as much about wallpapering and event-planning as she has about photography!

One very organised Dad managed to sneak his gorgeous 3 children into the studio without his wife knowing!  The children were fantastic models and even better, managed to keep the surprise from their Mum too!  Dad chose a fantastic acrylic frame complete with 9 photos ~ a wonderful gift for Mum!

We haven’t had much time to update the blog lately as we are busy working away on a fantastic new product to be launched later this month!  We are SO excited about our new project and can’t wait to go public on it!!  But for now…there’s more to be organised…so we’ll report back as soon as we can!!!  Meanwhile, here’s a photo of a lovely local venue called The Lawn.
