Braxted Park is a stunning and quite unique Essex wedding venue.

Set in the heart of the Essex countryside the Queen Anne house, set in it’s own rolling parkland, is approached down the magnificent driveway. The house is itself licensed for marriages, with both indoor and outdoor locations, but the local parish church is actually set in Braxted’s own parkland. The house and gardens can accommodate weddings from 50 to 300 guests, making it an ideal venue for many couples and many different types of weddings.

Photograph opportunities are never ending. The walled garden makes a fantastic backdrop for your drinks reception and for family photographs. The large stone steps just behind the cottage are an ideal place to get a photograph of literally everyone at the wedding if you would like to. Walking out in to the grounds brings us to the the lake and the tree lined avenue which everyone knows so well and behind the house a garden of fabulous rhododendrons in early summer.

The venue is easily reached from the A12, making it a perfect location for guests travelling from London, Kent, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and obviously Essex.

We are very proud to be listed as one of Braxted Park’s recommended wedding photographers.
